Shipping/Cancellation Policy:

All items purchased in our store will ship within 1-3 business days of receiving the order (unless noted in item description). 

 

 Our store primarily uses USPS but reserves the right to use other providers when needed.

 

 If you wish to cancel an item before it ships, please contact us immediately at 336-669-6956 and we will issue a refund.

 

 If an item has already shipped and you wish to cancel, return the unopened package and a refund will be issued when received, minus original shipping costs. Buyer also pays for return shipping. Zero restocking fees to buyer.

 Any open and or installed items will not be refunded unless with prior approval from 336 OFFROAD.
